Objective. To study the possibility of lipofilling as a basic method for reconstruction of lip deformities.

Material and methods. There were 13 reconstructive lip surgeries using lipofilling with refined lipoaspirate in accordance with Coleman technique. All procedures were carried out for the period from 2013 and 2019. Cicatricial lip deformities were observed in 11 patients, soft tissue defects of the lips — in 2 patients.

Conclusion. Lipofilling ensured favorable functional and aesthetic results. This technique may be recommended for reconstructive surgery in patients with postoperative and post-traumatic lip deformities, as well as for lip injury followed by soft tissue defects.
