Background. Deep facial burn is not only severe somatic and psychological trauma. These lesions subsequently cause prolonged reconstructive operations. Material and methods. A method for skin repair with one full thickness graft was developed in our clinic in order to improve plastic surgery of skin burn, functional and cosmetic outcomes in these patients. Conclusion. Above-mentioned technique has been used in 11 patients over 10 years in our clinic. Autologous grafts have been used since 2017 for better engraftment.
