Abstract

Abstract Objective — to improve the results of aesthetic breast augmentation surgery via introduction of the system of mammary implant selection. Material and methods. A study included 322 patients aged 20—40 years, height of 156—180 cm, chest circumference 66—80 cm, normal body mass index, absence of ptosis and the distance from the nipple to the inframammary fold of 5—8 cm. All patients underwent Natural Beauty augmentation mammoplasty. There were no preoperative skin diseases or acute diseases. Results and conclusion. Natural Beauty planning system for augmentation mammoplasty is a new word in plastic surgery and has no analogues in the world. This technique is useful for quick and accurate selection of the optimal breast implant with a guarantee of the most aesthetically acceptable result in long-term postoperative period. This result is comparable with mean aesthetic standard for the breast.
