Abstract

Abstract Anatomical feature of tumors of the cervical esophagus and subsequent surgical interventions are accompanied by significant violations of breathing, speaking. Moreover, another possible result is also prolonged and often persistent disability. Therefore, rehabilitation and quality of life are very important medical and social problems in these patients. Treatment of esophageal cancer remains an urgent problem of modern oncology despite more than centennial achievements in this area. A 45-year-old patient with cancer of the cervical esophagus is reported in the article.
